These terms are issued by GrapeMC, a proprietorship registered in the name of Humraj Rajapurkar.

GrapeMC builds AI-powered sales, content, and growth infrastructure for service businesses, organized into three engines: AI Sales & Automation, AI Content & Creation, and Growth & Performance. Client engagements follow a four-stage process: Discovery, Build, Deploy, Optimize.

3. Use of This Website

This Site is provided for informational purposes and to let prospective clients get in touch with us. You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to gain unauthorized access to it, submitting false information through the contact form, or using any part of the Site's content for a competing commercial purpose without permission.

4. No Pricing Published on This Site

GrapeMC does not publish pricing on this website, in any form. Pricing is specific to each business's needs and is only discussed after a Discovery call. Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to sell services at a stated price.

5. Service Engagements

If you engage GrapeMC for services after a Discovery call, that engagement is governed by a separate agreement (proposal, scope document, or contract) covering scope, pricing, timelines, and payment terms — not by this Site's Terms & Conditions. Where the two conflict, the signed engagement agreement takes priority.

6. AI Disclosure

GrapeMC is Human-Led and AI-Powered. Every AI agent used in our systems or in a client's systems is disclosed as AI, never presented as a human, and every workflow stays accountable to a human decision-maker. When something needs human judgment, it's escalated accordingly.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and the GrapeMC name and mark — belongs to GrapeMC unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission.

8. Third-Party Links

This Site may link to third-party tools or sites (for example, our scheduling or payment providers). We aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.

9. Limitation of Liability

This Site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.
