This role represents the revenue development and partnership function within the Growth & Acquisition Layer.

It focuses on identifying qualified opportunities, structuring proposals, managing pipelines, and converting interest into long term client relationships. The responsibility of this role is to ensure growth is intentional, sustainable, and aligned with the agency’s strategic direction rather than driven by volume or short term wins.
