Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Grapemc (Grape Juice Media Consulting), we operate as a service-based consulting and systems implementation company. Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before engaging our services.


1. Nature of Services

All services provided by Grapemc are:

  • Digital and service based

  • Strategy, system design, execution, or consulting focused

  • Customized based on client requirements and business context

Due to the nature of our work, refunds are limited and subject to the terms outlined below.


2. Refund Policy

a. No Guaranteed Refunds

  • Payments made for services are non-refundable once work has started.

  • This includes strategy sessions, audits, system setup, consulting, and execution services.

b. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • A duplicate payment was made in error

  • A service was paid for but not initiated due to an internal issue from Grapemc

Any approved refund will be processed after internal review.


3. Cancellation Policy

a. Client-Initiated Cancellation

  • Clients may request cancellation by providing written notice via email.

  • Work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed and payable.

  • Any remaining scope will be forfeited without refund unless otherwise agreed in writing.

b. Grapemc-Initiated Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend services if:

  • Payments are delayed or not received

  • Required information is not provided by the client

  • There is misuse, unethical activity, or policy violation

  • The engagement becomes non-viable due to external or operational reasons

In such cases, no refund will be issued for completed work.


4. Subscription or Retainer Services

  • Monthly retainers must be cancelled at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.

  • Failure to notify within this period may result in the next cycle being billed.

  • Partial month refunds are not provided.


5. Third-Party Costs

Any third-party costs such as:

  • Advertising spend

  • Software subscriptions

  • Platform fees

  • Domain or hosting charges

are non-refundable and governed by the respective third-party policies.


6. Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed within 7–14 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Transaction fees (if any) may be deducted


7. Disputes

For any billing or service disputes:

  • Please contact us directly before raising a chargeback

  • We aim to resolve concerns through discussion and clarification

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service termination.
